Site Rep Terms
Site Rep is available as self-serve setup. Paid setup unlocks only after server-verified payment. Checkout shows the live local price before payment, and written support remains available for billing requests the billing portal does not cover yet.
Current service
- Site Rep installs as a website widget.
- It answers from approved customer sources and asks for follow-up when source backing is missing.
- It captures visitor leads and gives the customer a sales, service, and follow-up dashboard.
- CRM, compliance, team-seat, and white-label features are not included in the current self-serve product.
Customer responsibilities
- The customer must have the right to provide the website content and source text used by Site Rep.
- The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of their policies, prices, and public website content.
- Site Rep should not be used for emergency, legal, medical, financial, or other high-stakes advice.
Payments and cancellation
Paid customers complete setup through secure checkout. Customers with a linked billing portal can use it for invoices, payment methods, cancellation, renewals, and eligible plan changes. Other billing requests should stay in the written customer handoff.
Setup boundary
The first setup is complete only after the customer source set is approved, the allowed install domain is locked,
the widget is opened on the real customer site, and one test lead or cited answer proves the live install works.
Preview links, copied snippets, and local tests are useful checks, but they do not replace a real-domain verification.
Product limits
Site Rep is not legal, medical, financial, emergency, or compliance advice. The current product also does not include
complete helpdesk replacement, ticket-system automation, scoped helpdesk permissions, audit-log workflows, rollback behavior,
or customer consent flows for those external systems.
Source and customer content
Customers are responsible for keeping their public policies, pricing, service descriptions, and support promises
accurate. Site Rep can point to approved source text, but it cannot make an outdated page true. If a policy changes,
the source set should be updated and tested before the assistant is treated as ready for visitors again.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
- Every plan is a monthly subscription. The exact charged total is shown in your local currency, including any
applicable tax, on the checkout page before you pay.
- You can cancel anytime. Use the billing portal when it is linked to your account, or email hello@siterep.net
for cancellation and billing requests. Cancellation stops future charges; your service stays active until the
end of the paid period.
- All purchases are final. Site Rep is a digital product delivered immediately, so payments are non-refundable. You
control your spend by cancelling anytime before the next renewal — there are no contracts and no cancellation fees.
- If there is a genuine billing error such as a double charge, reach out to hello@siterep.net and we will make it right.
Support path
Setup questions, refund questions, cancellation requests, and source correction requests can go to hello@siterep.net.
Automated account management expands only after the billing and support controls are verified in production.
